The hotel's facilities need updating as it looks old and outdated. The corridors leading to the rooms were long and confusing.

This hotel is situated in one of the liveliest parts of the city where you can find Lenin's statue and a stunning riverside promenade, all within easy access. Some of the rooms are well-repaired and equipped, the breakfast room has a cozy ambiance, and the breakfast itself is quite nice. The restaurant close by is great for late-night dining.
The staff at the reception could be friendlier and more welcoming to guests.

Great location in the heart of the city and close to many shops and bus stops. The breakfast room was nice and the breakfast quality was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very old and run down. Some of the furniture in the room was old and uncomfortable. The room was too small and cramped. The internet was very slow and almost nonexistent.
